quality at pennant

The Definition of quality adopted by the Penant team is

“Fully satisfying agreed customer requirements at lowest cost”

The concepts embodied in this statement were designed, at two-day directors’ conference on the topic of Continuous Improvement, to reflect the change in the industry from traditional contracting to a supply chain partnering approach, to bring the customer to the forefront of all participants thinking. In the intervening ten years, the concept has been applied and developed consistently, with the result that Pennant Civil Engineering is able to successfully provide a quality approach for all projects undertaken.

Quality on our projects is assured through the operation of a set of integrated procedures, covering all aspects of our business, and designed to form an umbrella for the integration of other participants in the Framework.

Accredited Certification, including recent transfer from the 1994 version to ISO9001:2000,  has been maintained with BSI Quality Assurance for many years. Our registration number for reference is SF77906.

The Partners and subcontractors previously identified within the framework agreement operate their own ISO9001 management systems, which are integrated into a single system for the Framework Agreement by means of an integrated Framework Assurance Plan, including customer relationship, quality, environmental, and safety management.

Copies of our Quality Management System are available for review if required. To talk to us further about our approach to Quality please contact us.
