It
is Harte Group policy
to own a significant
amount of the plant
it uses including
tracked excavators;
wheeled excavators;
mini-diggers, vans,
tippers, telehandlers,
dumpers, small plant
and asphalt laying
equipment. PCE follows
this policy. We
also directly employ
our own work force,
currently 78 skilled
operatives and trainees
plus another 21
engineering, professional
and administrative
staff. As part of
the Harte group,
we are committed
to training employees
at all levels and
have a policy of
developing and promoting
our workforce whenever
possible.
PCE
